Will I receive a proof before production?

Absolutely! We want you to love your order. A proof will be sent for approval before production begins on most custom items.

  • Clear, well-lit photos work best.
  • The quality of your final product depends on the quality of the images provided.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer Buy Now, Pay Later options at checkout through our payment partners, allowing you to pay over time on qualifying purchases.

What's the difference between Women's Fit and Unisex Fit?

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if design work has not started.
  • Once a proof has been created, materials have been ordered, or production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Proof Approval

  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs before approval.
  • RealiTee & Beyond is not responsible for errors (including spelling, dates, colors, or photos) that were approved by the customer prior to production.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will gladly work with you to make it right.
